Easy Returns & Repairs
3 Easy Ways to Send Back Boots (for repairs or returns)
With the mobility of a shoemobile, we feel it important to provide a way for customers to return problematic shoes (fit or other issues) or necessary repairs in an efficient manner.
- Online: Returns are easily processed at modernshoe.com. Email us at customerservice@modernshoe.com. We will e-mail you a pre-paid return shipping label to send back your boots at no cost to you.
- By Phone: Call our toll free # 1-800-796-1910 and we will be happy to assist you with repairs or returns.
- In-Store: If you're nearby you are welcome to bring returns or repairs in to our store.
We will mail or e-mail a Return Shipping Label directly to the you. Simply attach the Return Shipping Label to the box and give it to UPS. In our in-house repair shop all repairs will be processed the same day they are received and will leave our store via UPS within 48 hours upon us receiving them. We will pay the shipping to get the shoes back to you.
